You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The Right of Withdrawal, in addition to compliance with terms and procedures described, is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met:
- the products must not have been used, assembled, or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
- it is necessary to send an appropriate written communication to the email address: info@alucabina.it
The costs that you will incur are those of returning the products purchased.
The payment will be refunded to you in the shortest time possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
If the terms and conditions for the Right of Withdrawal are not respected, you may, at your expenses, re-obtain the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller.
The orders with custom-made furniture, shelves and panels are not eligible for refund.

The possibility to return the goods is guaranteed in case the product does not conform to what was ordered, or has been damaged during the delivery.
Upon receipt of a wrong product, ALUCABINA by FAS Ltd. will request one or more photos documenting the discrepancy. The photos should be sent to info@alucabina.it and FAS Ltd. Will take immediate action to replace the product.
The returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single delivery. In fact, the Seller reserves the right not to accept goods from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
In case of damaged incurred during transport, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to check for any damage by reporting it to the carrier and indicating in writing on the delivery note, that he does not wish to receive the goods as damaged. WRITTEN NOTIFICATION ON THE DELIVERY NOTE IS MANDATORY and is the only means of being certain that the carrier assumes full responsibility for the damage.
